Return Policy
At She is Candles LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and exchanges:
1. Damaged Items During Transit:In the unfortunate event that your candle arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the damaged items, including the packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping service on your behalf and issue a replacement candle once the claim is approved.
2. Unused Items:We do not accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been used.
3. Recycled Glass Program:As part of our commitment to sustainability, we offer a discount on future purchases when you return the glass jar from your burned candle. Once the candle has been completely burned, clean the jar thoroughly and return it to us. Upon receipt, we will provide you with a discount code for your next purchase.
4. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for used candles or change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced.
5. How to Initiate a Return:To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@sheiscandles.com or 205-659-3419. Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s) to expedite the process.
6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns, except in cases where the item arrived damaged due to transit.
7. Timeframe: All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
8. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order.
